By downloading and using Pure PDF Editor ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Pure PDF Editor is a mobile application for iOS that allows you to view and edit PDF documents on your iPhone and iPad. The App offers both free and subscription-based features.

Subscriptions

• Some features require an active subscription.
• Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Free Trial

If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon subscribing.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pure PDF Editor and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to your PDF documents. The App processes your files locally on your device and does not claim any ownership over your content.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or document corruption. Always keep backups of important documents.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
